A SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF A THREE WEEKEND "COURSE" FOR NEW TYAP WIKIMEDIA EDITORS IN ZARIA!
Our heartfelt gratitude must be extended to all who participated in our event tagged, 
"TYAP WIKIMEDIANS ZARIA OUTREACH",
held 14-15, 21-22, and 28-29 October 2023, at the NAERLS hall, ABU Zaria, in which over 30 new editors signed up as Wikimedians and edited the Tyap Wikipedia ( kcg.wikipedia.org ), Tyap Wiktionary ( kcg.wiktionary.org ), Wikimedia Commons, and Wikidata.
It is our utmost hope that these new editors continue editing and our new Tyap Wikimedia Hub in Zaria gains ground and expands both in terms of recruiting newer editors and contributing to Tyap language's development online.
Our sincere gratitude goes to the leadership of the Tyap Language Development Board , working constantly to ensure that Tyap is written properly and the language develops gradually and was ably represented by A̱tyoli Akila D. Bungwon on 7 and 14 October 2023. Our working partners, Wikimedia of Nigeria User Group also stands out as a friend to our cause and lent us aid in terms of training on soft tools necessary for Wikimedia editing, ably represented by Isma'eel Atiba on 7-8 October 2023.
Our friends from the Hausa Wikimedia User Group, Umar Ibrahim Askira was present with us during the first week of the event and the leader of Wikimedia Nigeria Kaduna Network, Dr. Ramatu A. Haliru, was present with us during the last week of the event.
We sincerely hope you enjoyed being with us and hope to have you more and more in our subsequent events.
