Abuja, Nigeria - The Tyap Performing Artists Association of Nigeria (TPAAN) extends heartfelt congratulations to Hon. Barr. Ruth Jummai Ango on her appointment as Commissioner with the Federal Character Commission by His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR.
